1)So I tried to download KGC on this web

When I clicked the brown button nothing happens? Why does this happen?

2)How do I register I don't get it.

Here is the tutorial for registering an account in KGC

And Here Is the Download Link for the Patcher

Go to the link of the patcher and click this green button.

then it will download the patcher.
