[TuT] How to make a Moving SIG's! By: !~E*PvP Artists~!
How To make moving sig's. On Grand Chase and Others.
Video TuT:
Here it is when your done^^
Instructions:
-First Open Photoshop of course
-Second Make your Signature/Background
-Third Write your Name or anything you want.
-Fourth Go to Window>Animation
-Fifth Follow the steps on the Vid.
BTW- If you want your name or anything going down. First Place your name on top of it. Then Drag it down and Multiple.

so this was your next tutorial, I'm first again XP, btw your other tutorial is not yet on sticky threads.
only problem with animated sigs(even avatars) is their file size which makes a web page load longer unless it was optimized
most people already have at least broadband so bandwidth isn't a problem now

Me, because in the 1st tut, it says save it in JPEG, so that what i thought because no format to save is written here

I know many where upset with this latest patch. Yes it bites hit alot of hard. I relied on my archer to get plus ones and mets to hellp fund my equipment but well now tq has made it where I can't rely on that anymore. I am going to have to do oone of two things i can gripe about it or learn to adjust and adapt.
I'm not going to quit. I will adjust to the changes adapt and find a way to overcome them. I can't say what other folk will do but i will try to over come this latest obstacle as...
