Is KGC region blocked?
I finished patching KGC and after the Main.exe loading bar finishes, it just closes itself. Is this a region block?

Yes it is. You need a Korean IP Adress to play KGC.
BTW Where did you download your KGC client?

Yeah, it is. Just use a VPN or change your IP to a korean one. You only have to do it once, because it only checks once. After getting through to your character screen, you can restart the client without the VPN or IP change and you're good to go. It's probably safer to run trial forest before you restart, though. Just to be cautious.

So do you know any working VPN? I heard it detects some of them

Use hotspotshield. It worked for me.

I personally used PacketiX with a Korean configuration to bypass the block. Works like a charm every time for me. Easy2Game probably works too, but you have to pay for it.

I fixed it with a trial VIP VPN. I found out that you just need it one time...

If you wish to use hotspotshield, turn it on as soon as the patcher is done and the start button on the bottom right is ready. After it's fully on, click the start button. Keep it on in-game until you log out and close the game, then you're set for good.
I know the TS already got it solved. It's just for the rest of the folks.

I saw the Tutorials and i've been reading for a while....
-Im on philippines, but, I have a US IP(VPN), so i cant play the GCPH, at the same time, i dont have the freedom to remove the VPN, since the US IP is being used all the time..... so i tried the IP changing programs here.....
I saw the WalkerOpenVPN Thingy.
-but it keeps connecting, (restart, pause 5sec) repeatedly.
I tried the WalkerHideIP
-but sadly I still region blocked although the fake ip is on philippines.
