I think only selected countries are now allowed to play NAGC.

Japan is allowed <~ I played NAGC when i was in japan last month...
HK is allowed

or should i say, the whole Asia is allowed

Its impossible to log in your GCPH account since NAGC and GCPH are different servers (also regions).
You need to register on the site of NAGC.

I'm from Argentina too and i still can't play NAGC... when i tryed to log in, the game show me a popup that says "User or password wrong or our servers are down try again" but that's wrong 'cos I still can log in ... Can anyone give more information about the country that can log in NA GC?

PS: Sorry for my bad english...
