I lag like hell... I always have 10-20/55 fps when I'm playing Grand Chase.

Can anyone help me?

Holy ****, your speed test makes me so jealous it's sickening. But anyway
Lagging like 10-20 FPS isn't because of your internet, it's because either you have a wooden PC, or your running to many programs. I suggest you cut down on the CPU usage or get a new computer.
