~ I'll donate my Wind Technique..

First things first,
Start With Wind Necklace Level 0 or +0

Method 1: The Elena Skipper Pattern

~1st Step~
Use Elena Skipper, To activate it, Try making your computer lag when the Main.exe is loading..

~2nd Step~
Use Elena Skipper, Upgrade then ESC fast then upgrade it then don't press ESC, Works for me..

NOTE: You must be fast in doing this..

~3rd Step~
Upgrade it until +5 or +6, Then proceed to the Method 2.

Method 2: Equip, Unequip

~1st Step~
Its on +6 or +5, Upgrade it first, When it fails proceed to step 2 If suceeded, Go to step 3.

~2nd Step~
Upgrade until it gets to +6 or +7

~3rd Step~
Equip it and then Unequip it, Repeat Step 3 until you get +9.


Method 1Cash: Elena Skipper

~1st Step~
To do the elena skipper, In the loading, You must be lag to activate it.

~2nd Step~
When upgrading, Press ESC to make the upgrading fast.

NOTE: This doesn't increase the Success chance rate.

im gonna try this to confirm it XD.. you should have also added to try this during a rainbow event buff to increase the chances of success.. it also seems you also have a problem with the shadow neckie.. btw, don't we just hate seeing those "last 10 mins of GC neckie / other event accessory".. LOL..

@isaac cash necks are hard to upgrade. From my expreiences, Light neck is the easiest to upgrade... and ice is one of the hardest.. lols

@nicholsonz : from my experience it was the opposite.. i had a hard time on light and a bit easy on ice.. the only one we can blame for this is elena herself.. i hate that girl.. lol.. XD

I can't believe it, 3 mins of upgrading from +0 it reached +9 with out degrading and failing using the skipper.

share ko lang.. kapag +6 na ang necklace mo, intayin mo lang na tumapat ang rainbow na icon sa equip button, saka ka mag upgrade.. bale 2 beses ka lang makkpag upgrade kasi mejo mabilis ung rainbow paalis sa button ng equip.. hindi ko alam kung swerte lang ako, pero nka dalawa akong +9 wind necklace ngaun ngaun lang, hindi man lang nbasag, wala pang 30 mins.. goodluck

I think it's really pure luck..
No need for this..
My arme, amy and siegy has no necklace so I tried wind.
Now they all have +9 wind.
My technique:

Buy 2-4 necklaces.
make it +8 (It's your problem)
after that....... you do the math.

yep.. i agree with that.. upgrading is still pure luck i have mine without any ritual. just be patient.

Try my technique. It's kinda hard but it's sure.
