Noein's Trainer being sold in GCPH?

I was on earlier and a person named Moka005 was flooding the lobby saying he was selling the Nana Mizuki v9.0 for 1k php and the Nana Mizuki SD hack for 400 php. He gave the website gcphhacks4sale.tk for proof. I asked him if he's noein and he said yeah. So like yeah. Guys what do you think? Is it safe to buy from him? Coz honestly I don't think it is. Getting scammed for IRL money isn't nice. lol

The question here is "Is it really Noein selling the trainer?" if he really was selling it I would really appreciate a post on here about it. Since it would give me a bit more guarantee that it's not just some scam.

And also what if it gets detected? Will you get the update to the hack for free or do you have to buy it again?

and besides he's going to sell it ouside of Epvp, wanna know why? if you're going to buy something in the TBM you'll need credit cards to make transactions and a lot of processes to convert it into cash...

for all you know i dont need cash.. i only need LU loads.. to get my most favorite pet of all... I have ran out of all options to get money this Christmas.. so i decide to trade the hacks for lu load not sell it for cash... btw, if i get the right amount of money im gonna stop it... for being scam its ok if you believe me or not... its all about trust.. and i can guarantee that the hacks won't be detected for about 10months and more..

advice: if you gonna trade the hacks for lu loads and sell it to others.. don't do it.. since i use server files and i encrypt your computer identity on the hack itself.. the other user's computer to whom you give the hack or even sell will be instantly formatted.. XD that is for security purpose only..
