Finally got it to worked -- QUESTION -- do i have to open proxyfire wall everytime when I connect to NAGC or TOR is enough ?? @off topic -- darn i have to unlock the characters before i can use dem in practice mode xD

I think your pc doesnt allow such programs therefore -- It's locked -- in my opinion anyways xD

Yeah Mia141 is Correct Your computer forbid you to install it To solve that Problem Try Contacting your administrator (The one who modify your computer) Maybe he could allow it.

Try this if it'll work

press start button from your task bar
then from the menu select run..
put type this "sfc /scannow" without the quotations.

then wait for it to finish..
