You don't get banned persey... you sometimes get disconnected and can't log-in for 15~20 minutes.

Im having the same issue, every time i try to open it a pop up comes up and says can not creat file c:windows/FULLYNAGC.dlll

But you can easily download since it's uploaded to Epvp servers which means you only have one link to click and not 3 times for mediafire and mega.
