hee hee yeah it will always say "File is unlocked" but if it aint then close the program and try again XD

this program was not intended for release, i just scraped it off my own * hack.

will update this probly on weekends only.

will also see if i can do sumthin for XP.

EDIT:

added some error-trapping/checking routine to see if unlocking was successful.

also added support for 64-bit operating systems (untested) and a decent GUI.

btw anyone here knows where to get a decent proxy/vpn so i can play other regions? my vpn apps no longer work, and the ones that do work gets DCed everytime >.<

Maybe you could do it just with the same computer, just install the OS and then switch during BOOT
