This might not be much but if you have a MHBinPacker then you can open up celestial luna's item drop file(item drop option). You can then change what stats they can have and how easy it is to get them with the stats. example: I changed all the plus strength, health, physical hit, speed, etc... to 100% then changed the percentage of how much they give to .5 to 40.5 . now, every weapon i find has either strength hp or speed, etc, or combination of them thats either 1.5 to plus 40! Currently i have an elven blade that has +50 Physical hit, +100.4 speed, and +67.5 defence. it also has +hp rate by 30%+100

Why don't you make it alot higher?
And where can you specify the chance that an item drops?
