[Guide] Unban permanent banned accounts

Hi!
Are you also caught for using hack at Rakion?
And did you get an permanent ban?
Well this is the way how I get unbanned 3 times, while I was banned permanently!!!

Your name has to be your login name, and your email. Then go to (rakion)user data&information well lets start with the questions:

The most effectiv way is to hack on a proxy IP and to play sometimes on your REAL ip, if u get banned, you write to then that u dont knwo what happen, in the most cased logs and IPs getting checked.
If they see that there are mistakes on the log and only with an other ip they mostyl unbann.

I got banned too. I used the Q&A section. It seems like it's a computer-generated Q&A service. When I typed a custom question in it, they don't reply. I tried to mail Softnyx. Just to confirm if I had mail correctly to the address I found on their site:
