u need a betakey from cbthero.netgame.com . But today the first phase of the beta ends.
Netgame will announce when the second beta phase starts. But to say the truth u have nothing missed in the first beta run...it was totally boring -> no quests, arms, weaps or acc until u used a bug to get on higher maps like sv or cs.
The new upgrading system will built on the fusion system we known from the old hero. But in this case u will be able to + anything if u have 2 same equipments of the same lvl. Its like +ing the second acc. set.
What was missed and what they advertised (so we known netgame, all a epic fail)
- no new quest
- no new skills
- no new mobs, bosses
- no new equipments
- no new pvp system
K, this was the first beta run, but i dont think that in the next beta stage will be much changed.
If i compare the game client to old client:
- nothing has changed -> so no bug fixing (hero.exe are the same)
- only the game tables (drops, fusion system, exp. rate....) have changed -> but this doesnt prevent from crashes
The next joke, if get it: only one developer works on it
GMs doesnt know anything of the game content of the beta stage, like GM fishtails who gives wrong advices to player questions, because he never played it. This gives me the conclusion that the hero expansion will never released or at the same bugged, contentless state like the old hero. It is more the way to get the old/new players back for 1-3 month to earn some money until the game will totally shut down.
But if there will come 3-4 players who invest some thousands of dollars it could stay some time longer online...we will see.
For me: nothing has impressed me. There are some nice ideas, but if i think back that the first idea of buying guild houses (old hero 2006) in the faction district, which never has been included -> i dont think we will see much changes.
So some impressions from me.
