Das scheiß Ergebnis sieht so aus (von unten nach oben lesen diesmal):
I do know that your unable to unban Steam-accounts. But for the Valve corp. only a banned account is a good account. I've paid once, so Valve does not need me anymore. Sorry, but I must say, that I will never buy steamgames again, because I am really disapointed at the whole Valve corp. Valves hopes, that I'll buy a new Counter-Strike key, but I will not do so. This accident solidifies my opinion to Valve and VAC. I'm forced to play on C-D servers. Thanks to the Valve corp., I hope Valve will stop to abuse its monopoly.

Our system indicates that your account has been permanently banned by the Valve Anti-Cheat system (VAC) - unfortunately, the Steam support team is unable lift the ban.
We are not able to disclose the cheats which were detected, nor can we provide the date and time the infraction took place. VAC has confirmed that the ban on your account was applied legitimately.
This ban applies to a Steam account (regardless of whom was using the account at the time the infraction occurred) and any games registered under the account. The use and security of your Steam account is your responsibility.
We cannot move game subscriptions from accounts which have been banned by VAC.
The account may still be used to play single-player games or to connect to non-secure game servers and for games played over a LAN. Please change your filter settings in the server browser list to show servers which are not VAC-secured (from the Steam main menu go to the "View" option, select "Servers" and then select "Not secure" in the Anti-Cheat drop-down).
Please do not register retail products or purchase new Steam subscriptions on a VAC-banned account. If you choose to purchase a new copy of the game, please register it or install it with a new Steam account. Remove all cheats from your system before you install (if you do not know where the cheats were installed, you may want to consider reformatting the machine and starting over with a new installation of your operating system).
For more information on Valve's policies, please see the Steam Subscriber Agreement and the Rules of Steam Online Conduct:

Good afternoon ladies and gentleman,
this evening I had to determine, that my steam-account has been banned. I was really shocked, because I allways and I really mean allways played fair and attached importance to fair play. So I cant understand why the steamstuff has banned my account. I hope you will clear this mistake. Please mail back you answer to
