how do i grab,freeze ppl,ect?

Assuming you're a mage yeh axxo pretty much explained it. If you do it and a tornado thing comes up and blows your enemy away then you did it wrong. You need to be in contact with your enemy before you click the combination. It takes a while to get used to.

There are specific moments when you should try to grip. All the classes are prone to getting gripped if they fail to grip themselves cause theres always a small delay.

It's all about timing wait for a delay in the enemies attack (Example: a warr uses the spin attack or when your knocked down and u get up and there stunned hey usualy spin around once and they spin attack and there stunned) run up to them facing them where ur touching them click left&right mouse at the same time and u should grip them. Also theres back grips and front grips if u grip them from behind it'll be a different attack apose to a front grip either way effective grip hope this helped!
