In the PvP areas like bloodybay mission xp is doubled ie (debuff hero defense, buff villian damage... etc). These missions can be completed over and over no need to reset which means you also get the mission clear xp also. Once you have completed enough missions to be able to call the contact these missions can be done with little to no travel time if you choose the same mission over and over. On the plus side these missions are realitively short too. For BloodyBay the contact is Warzone Operative Oudot in the starting area of the villain base. Plus you get salvage at the completion of every mission.
