the requierements to get extra exp from the clan tree are, that more than 2 ppl of a lower rank are online.
if you set a member in the position of a golem there normally must be 2 naks online. but if you dont put any ppl into the nak-part which belongs to the golem he will get everytime 20% extra exp.
