1 Warmly Glowing Poison Gland (Malfosa Drop)
1 Warmly Glowing Antidote (HK -47 Drop)
and to make 1 Warmly glowing Dispersal Unit you will need the following 3 items :
1 feintly glowing slave collar (drop from mobs near the Shambler, Frenzied ones)
1 feintly glowing booster (drop from The Shambler)
1 feintly glowing patch of fur (drop from all kinds of animals on mustafar)
combine these 3 items in the cube to get your Dispersal Unit
Then combine the Gland, antidote, and dispersal unit to get access to the sher kar cave.
Once you have this key, u can trade it to alts, friends and everyone can use it.
Right, now how to solo it.
The instance composes of 5 mobs, sher kar, and 4 gold elites, that all attack at the same time.
its impossible to fight them all, or tank them all without the use of kiting/snares, but heres a little trick, run up and hit one of the mob's with a Snare then run. All mobs will chase you and break off *except* the mob you had snared. only the snared mob will remain attacking/agro with you, so you simply kill it, and repeat the trick to kill them all off 1 by 1, till you have only Sher Kar left.
Once you have Sher kar, its simply a case of shooting/applying traps and keeping her snared at all times so that you dont take dmg.
