Is This a Privet Server ?
I was searching on google hero online and i found this.
 Privet server ?
Im downloading the Client on turkey and i will look on it

Currently, there are no Pservers for Hero Online...
Why? well because no one has actually put focus into it... I've hosted some WoW servers, and its pretty easy but Im guessing Hero takes much more work into it... With all the Datas and Patches u would have to make to bee able to be as far as the actual game...

i ve setup some privats too, like lineage, kalonline and wow.
But to write an own server its really hard.
- first decrypt/encrypt all the traffic from the official hero server
- get all message types from the packets
- setup a db structure
- read out all items, events, quests, npcs, wars etc.
- build up a architecture of min. a login, gameserver
- after that u can try to start implementing it..
there are much more points, that i forgot. just want throw out some stuff/ideas.
but the idea of doing itself i ll like more and more

Lol this is not a private server,Thats is Translated English to Turkish Offical Server.I think rates same with Offical servers.So,Nothing new and rates same.
