Hello community!
is going through big changes, such as new hacks, new graphical materials, new many things. So at the moment we need many new staff members. We need Video makers, Tech Support Agents, Hack testers and Moderators. If you feel like helping your fellow members and want to be a part of the staff and community, take this opportunity to apply for a position or many. This is one of the rare occasions where we announce for every kind of staff positions. Also we accept applications from all time zones and every part of the world.
Be a part of the team as we'll build up the site. My hope is that many of you want to join the crew and belong to the I-H family.
As a Tech Support Agent you'll be helping the community on the forum, via Live Messenger and on Discord about technical issues. We have many tools at our disposal, where our combined knowledge is the best one. All TSA's may ask for help from fellow colleagues and in the most difficult cases our HTSA's (Head Tech support Agents), who were qualified for their vast knowledge and experience. TSA's are the spine of I-H.
As a Video Maker you'll create videos of our hacks in action and tutorial videos for the community and staff. Videos are also used in ads for the site. Video makers with their own channels are allowed to use our hack and videos to promote or show our hacks and start discussions on their channels. Video makers are the appearance of I-H.
As a Hack Tester, as the name suggest, you'll test our hacks, find new bugs, game/hack updates and report them. When a TSA gets a VIP with problems for example a feature, the TSA can ask a Hack tester to test the feature to check if things are in order and confirm or deny that the feature is working or not. Hack testers work very close to the TSA. Hack testers are the eyes and ears of I-H.
As a Moderator you'll help keeping the forum in check. Threads and post needs to be in right place and answered. Moderators can ask TSA's as well for advice before answering. Before you apply for this post, you need to know that you'll serve as a TSA for a minimum time of one month, this due to the fact that most questions does concern technical issues. As moderator you'll be working under my supervision for the time being. You need to have previous experience of moderation work and some knowledge of PHP. No exceptions on this point. Also a reference to your previous job of moderation is required. Moderators are the brain of I-H.
All positions will be thought to you by our staff/supervisors and never will you feel like you are thrown into the cold. You'll get your own mentor, during your junior time here. You need to be self reliant but we have no room in "lone-wolves" in the team. Team spirit is the most important thing for us, so you must be able to work and solve things in/as a group. Also you need to be able to talk and write reasonably fluent English. Additional languages are a merit but not an requirement. Structured work and common sense is needed for this job.
