we had a BH that wasnt fs and a jedi who was at the villiage. we didnt see if you could talk to the npcs. im not sure if it has any other purpose besides that.
what you do is get a fs friend, have him grp you, ride in his speeder into the villiage. if having problems once inside, log out and back in. slight warping will happen but it allows you into the village.
