Here I'll release the FT (EU) res decrypted for you. With this files you can do what ever you want. I think there aren't big diffrences between this files and the kr files.

I won't release an encrypter or a decrypter.

Also I already released a Ressource Tool for decrypting and encrypting of the .set files, there's no need to hide "yours"
