A few clicks Mu Online server setup

I. Install SQL server 2000:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
1.1 Doouble click on SQL Server 2000

1.2 Click YES

1.3 Click OK

1.4 Go to C:\SQLEVAL

1.5 Double click on autorun.exe

1.6 Select SQL Server 2000 Components

1.7 Select Install Database Server

1.8 Click next

1.9 Click next

1.10 Click next

1.11 Click next

1.12 Click Yes

1.13 Click next

1.14 Click next

1.15 Click next

1.16 Select Use the Local System account and click Next

1.17 Select Mixed Mode (Windows Authentication and SQL Server Authentication), write a SQL password and click next

1.18 Click next

1.19 Click Finish

1.20 Go Start -> All Programs -> Microsoft SQL Server and open Service Manager after this click the button Start


2. MuSeason3 server install
2.1 [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
2.2 Got to Start -> All Programs -> Microsoft SQL Server and open Enterprise Manager and then go to Databases

2.3 Right click on New Database and create MuOnline database


2.4 Right click on New Database and create Ranking database


2.5 Click on MuOnline database after that All Tasks -> Restore Database after that select From Device and click Select From Device. Click ADD and write D:\MuServer\_SQL_DB_BACKUP\ ( or were have u extracted the server the drive letter changes only ) and select MuOnline.bak and click OK. at the next step click Ok ... Ok again ..now click Options and make sure all ur options are like in the photo with restore database









2.6 Now we do the same steps for the Ranking
Click on Ranking Database after that All Tasks -> Restore Database , select From Device and click Select From Device. Click ADD and write D:\MuServer\_SQL_DB_BACKUP\ ( or were have u extracted the server the drive letter changes only ) and select Ranking.bak and click OK. at the next step click Ok ... Ok again ..now click Options and make sure all ur options are like in the photo with restore database

2.7 Watching the steps 5 and 6 we do the same for Event database

the client for Musesion 3 u can get it from
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
at main file u have to type ur ip to make this connect on ur own server ( example 127.0.0.1 )

i got a lot of problem on starting up the server, keep saying cannot connect to rank server. Also, when i keep the ip at the 127 0 0 1 it won't show any server nor dc. However, when i put my ip, it keeps disconnect from server. Can you show more percisely on how to do it? Thanks!
