Assassin's Creed Unity: Officially Confirmed and First Trailer

Rumours about one or even two new parts of "Assassin's Creed" series intensified in the last weeks and first sources reported on possible names, showplaces and storylines of the newest titles. Until recently the French game developer Ubisoft didn't comment on this matter, but now it is official – with "Assassin's Creed: Unity" a further continuation of the assassinators series is going to appear in the autumn 2014. In the first official trailer the suspected scenery, Paris in the years of the French Revolution, has proved to be true. Besides the optical impression, a second information has been announced. The coming action-adventure game will only be playable on the next-gen consoles, thus Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and also on the PC, but not on the predecessors.

Whether owners of the "old" consoles will come away empty-handed isn't certain yet because according to reports by the Internet platform Kotaku, it's very likely that a second "Assassin's Creed" game, possibly with the name "Comet", will be released. That game could be available both on Sony's PlayStation 3 and Microsoft's Xbox 360.

I've never been such a avid AC fan, but the trailers look really great.
I just hope that there won't be a graphik-disappointment for last-gen-console-users cuz of the shown Watch Dogs gameplay material on PS3 & Xbox 360.

I havn't been AC fan nor I am right now. It would cost me too much money to try out all of them since the releaser is spamming them out like "every month".

Im a fan of assassin creed since it was released. It became boring because you will do the same thing over and over again, ex: Go to the tower and sycronize, go to the crowd and stealth, steal the item behind, running on the roof or in the street bang with other crowd, stabs the guy at the back, shoot the guy far etc.... this become THE GAME more repetitious and boring. Hey! Guys! I need help here? Will you please teach this people to a new kind of stylelitto! and stratebored? Oh! no! sorry! I mean style! and strategy! nyerk! nyerk!
