It has been announced that
Assassin's Creed III will have a parallel campaign to the single-player one, which will be developed on a multiplayer environment, which will be enhanced for this game.
The title will be having a huge focus on the multiplayer-side, both in terms of support from
Ubisoft, and the overall impact that it will bring to the game itself, talking about its campaign.
The plot on this campaign will get us to know how the Animus has been turned into a commercial product, and the character players will get to use, is a simple consumer of this new product, who is going to be looking forward to live the past once again, in HD.
Abstergo Entertainment will be giving players insights on the company's future initiatives, by granting access to different files and information on products that will be hitting the market soon, and users will have access to these files by leveling their characters up.
This project is really ambitious, due to the fact that
Ubisoft promises to give new content on monthly basis, as there are going to be new challenges to unlock new content that will help to continue the storyline all over the year.
The environment of the multiplayer side of the game are really important, as weather will be in constant change, and players are going to be able to employ different environmental kills by using objects such as bottles and axes.
There are, as well, new additional modes,
Domination, which will be the traditional 4 vs 4 team mode, and
Wolfpack, which will include 2 to 4 players teaming up to hunt AI opponents around the whole map, this, against the clock.
