Hello my fellow elitepvpers! I am happy to announce that Global Agenda is celebrating it's second birthday! If you don't know, Global Agenda is a 3D sci-fi themed MMORPG with shooter combat. Originally released back in early 2011 (February 1st), the game shook up the classic "point and click" MMO genre! On April 14th, 2011, the game opened it's gates to an even bigger audience by going free to play!
It's always nice to see an MMO go free to play, but did it pay off? (Get it?)
It did, as of that moment, the popularity of Global Agenda exploded, according to Hi-Rez Studios, the game now has over 1000,000 registered users, approximately 12,000,000 PvE missions, and about 1,400,000 PvP missions!
Of course such a huge occasion will not go without a celebration! This week only - players who complete a PVP or PVE mission will receive a miniature pet version of "Switchblade"!
That's not all ladies and gentlemen!
A PVP tournament will be hosted! This being the year of the dragon, everyone who participates gets a free dragon-themed helmet, an exclusive item and a cash prize for the winning team!
These amazing events will be hosted between the 30th of January and the 6th of February!
