Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes is said to feature real time cut-scenes and open world game play. This new game will run on Team Kojima's new Fox Engine.
It was revealed on stage by the Kojima studio during the Metal Gear Solid 25th Anniversary event. However, there hasn’t been much new information about it because Konami put certain restrictions on reporting on the game.
In the demo, Snake crawled to avoid searchlights. After a stealth kill, he hopped in a jeep and called in a helicopter for evac. They said: The concept behind Ground Zeroes is that this is a "Game without Game Over".
The demo was running on a PC at current-gen specs. It's also been designed for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
The Fox Engine, however, isn't only for current gen. Konami is trying to position the Fox Engine for both Cloud gaming and next gen consoles.
