Since its a 3rd party prog, the answer is Yes, you can get banned. Will you get banned ? Dunno .. there is always a possibility .. Play legit and you will never get banned, i prefer using 3rd pt progs cause they are helpful, if i get banned i knew that its my own fault .. so decide for yourself!

Put it into same Directory with the Silkroad Client.
