[rSro] i got a problem

[GDesign]

when im login in to the game and choose my char its loading the game and then i see the char and the town but the HP and the MP are just empty (0/0).
i cant move either
someone know what might be the problem and how to solve it?

Your bugged if your acc is low lv try to create new
reinstal game
download it again
and then try again
