MEDIA.PK IN RSRO AND HOW TO CRATE CHAR?

EVERY TIME I UNWINRAR THE MEDIA.PK TO THE RUSSAIN FOLDER ITS UPDATE IT TO VERSION 1.0011
SO ITS NOT IN ENGLISH...
AND WHEN I TRY TO OPEN A CHAR I THINK I HAVE TO RIGHT HIS NAME IN RUSSAIN BUT I DONT KNOW HOW???

U unrar Media.pk that are english? If yes then u are stu*id couse if u update engilsh media it wont be Russian..
If u wanna create char make rsro folder with clean rsro client and on game change language to RU and make character.

when i unrar it and update the client it does change to russian lol if it werent i wouldnt publish it

Can you provide a steps on how to create a character in rsro cause I actually dont get the steps above. Can someone provide a steps that is easy to understand. Thank you
