CSRO 7-day wait for Jobs guild?

Hi, I decided to try out trading for the first time with my level 30 character.. It was good fun and I made it from Dowhang to Jangan no problem.

then my friend (lvl.26) was like, I wanna try to trade, so he became a trader and quit being a Trader to be a Hunter to escort him.

Now it tells me I can't join a job guild within 7 days of leaving one?!

That seems like a unnecessary length of time?

When I used to play iSRO, you could just whip on different jobs with a penalty of like 10 mintues.. Is there anyway to by-pass or speed up this whole 7-day thing?

umm, this is new system, u can't all at the same time, now u need to choose one job, and changing requires 7days waiting, old system was like 2yrs ago man, where the hell u been?

Haha I stopped playing for like a year and a half.. And I just thought it was a CSRO thing.

Also, if I had 65% on trader and quit the guild, is all that experience lost?
