Offgamers are THE BEST!
I'm using their service for over a year (WoW, Aion, AsiaSoft and cSRO) and they're just great.

hey, how can i buy an angel suit or devil suit? there are some chinese players who have them on the new server div 2, but it isn't in the silk mall.. i asked them and they told me they bought it, but where?

Hey,
they bought it in the webmall.
btw i would only buy silkitems from there. there are so much items much cheaper then in game. like atm premium ticket+skill gt just for 200 silk instead of 450...
or 150 tigers for 6 silk... plus there are also your angel/devil wings and all the other avatars.

1. if I want to buy 600 points 3times it goes to something like 16$ (up to that) whats the fee?
2. Can I pay from not verified paypal account?

The fee its only for money transfer.. from paypal to cn-usa..
Then you do not have any fees for buying silk
