How you mean attatch GM Tools ?

I uploaded already GM Tools for Private Server but they are just for v6-14.
I'm working on a v15 GM Tool.

hey i need help i have my own server(offline) but idk how to make gm account lmao im using MYSQL Server Management Express for Windows 7 lol so help plz? ( im assuming ur both GM's and would know how)
