As for the v19 Taskbar it really do take C&P then a knowledge in C++.

Good day sir, if you have knowledge in C++ you don't need to ask some step on how to put **** things in your file.

Good day sir, you do not need any C++ knowledge for applying v19 taskbar into file. ^^. u might need some to not screw up but that mainly knowledge of proper copy+paste skillz.
