There are official v19 Files, but you must have a program that can decrypt the config.ini

We are just talking about binaries, no source code included (except for the WorldDialog stuff, which is compiled by the .dll itself now).

those files seem useless to me :S

We Use Offi v19 files c(:

you cannot inside every system but you can do it about ASM.

If you use offi v19 Files you can work only with the resource.
