About v17 Action slot help

Hello Elitepvers ! please help me to fix my v17 Action slot if i use Normal character then i put Skills on my action slot on 1st slot its fix . then if i put on 2nd slot its always neuz crash .

if i use GM CHAR its fix . can i ask ? why if i use normal char its always crash please help me guys ! i need your help to fix my v17 action slot thanks
