Problems with new skills

Hi elitepvpers,

I am adding some new skills into the source. But i cant start them and when i hover over the skill i get an lot of errors.

Error Client sided
CWndMgr::PutToolTip_Skill : add½ºÅ³(604)ÀÇ ÇÁ·ÎÆÛƼ°¡ ¾÷´Ù.

Server Error:
testing2-DoUseSkill_P : 12. Add½ºÅ³(600) Lv1ÀÇ ÇÁ·ÎÆÛƼ°¡ ¾ø´Ù.

Defined in DefineSkill.h
PropSkill.txt
PropSkill.txt.txt
PropSkillAdd.csv

It looks it cant find the PropSkill.txt entrance but i cant tell for sure.

CWndMgr::PutToolTip_Skill : add½ºÅ³(604)ÀÇ ÇÁ·ÎÆÛƼ°¡ ¾÷´Ù.

propSkilladv parameter error. Check the "=" of your skill. Your client can't summon the skill because your server doesn't find the right parameter for the icon/ tooltip.

I have checked both Propskill and PropSkillAdd both are correct.

I have also taken an existing skill and just altered the names. But still it shows me the error.

The problems is with the dwSubDefine. When i change that to lets say 350 i get the error.
But its defined in DefineSkill.h
