No,
because GALA doesnt care. Even since the Source is released ( 2010 ) no server ever get vialoation from GALA.

The court costs for going against these servers would be to high.
FlyFF isn't a very popular game, so no one do really care.

There are many servers online (some of them over 5-6 years) and they never had any problems.
