Do you use the GoH files/source?
If so the data files are encrypted. If you use merge and copy those over to the client. the Neuz will crash cause its looking for encrypted .res files and not normal .res files.
If you use the GoH please take an look in the release thread of GoH i have an small tutorial there to remove the encrypted part from the neuz.
If you dont use the GoH files. Then please check if your client files are the same as your server files and if there is no other error. /Log folder.
Also if you have access to the source you can do an debug of the Neuz to check where the error is.
