das könnte durchaus daran liegen.
die merge.exe erstellt dir die data.res, dataSub1.res und dataSub2.res die du in deinen clienten packen musst (patchen)
in diesen dateien befinden sich dann ein auszug aus deinen server files resourcen.
guck mal in deinen server resourcen nach der datei resource.txt :

dann überprüfe bitte ob in deinen serverfiles der ordner Resclient existiert.

dieser gehört aber nicht in die Resourcen sondern eine ebene höher da wo auch der program und script ordner ist
dann teste nochmal die merge.exe
