Server is **** laggy like playing with an high ping (have 100k kbit/s internet) and always got an dc when i m teleporting (Flaris,Sm,Azria,corall)

Das liegt daran, weil der Root-Server in den Philippinen liegt.

Hello,
(I use the LTD 5.4 sources).. When I am in guildwar , when I return inside, when the preparation begins, normally we can't kill other persons before it is written the war of guild begins, but with these sources, I manage to kill in the preparation, that puts me a well of life as if that I die in arena of the blow. Have you a fix so that it is impossible to kill time of the preparation?
