Server is quite ok. It offers some interesting answer to questions most other servers don't even ask. Can't say too much about balance but at first glance it looks better than on many other servers. Not having Azria etc. as Cash-Shop-Area forces you to level in Darkon or Tower which adds more depth and challenges to the game.

For anyone who likes to spend time to build his equipment and spend time adapting to the situation the server should be a great choice.
