I have heard that such programs exist, I have seen many videos on various website that shows. And I particularly want to use it, I'm slightly tired of "rowing" a game without any results.

Such programmes don't exist! I think the websites you mean earn money with their visitors and don't have any functional programmes, in the worst case they offer some trojans and viruses etc... If i'm wrong, prove the opposite!
