Is it possible to buy less than 1mil coins?
What are the payment options (I guess Paypal)?
How risky is it? The problem is I already have one warning on my account, so what are the risks of me getting a ban?

Its possible, yes. Min is 500K

I dont know with flagged (already warned accounts). But if you want we can do 250K per day splitter up in different hours. Should be totally safe then
