Instruction:
1. Get a weapon anything that can be enchanted. Equip it then Enchant once.
2. Go to charles and see strengthen. Breakpoint it.
3. Enchant another weapon then strengthen will pop out in charles. Change the index and strenthen with the index of that item.
4. Execute.
5. Boom! nothing happens!

You will not get any error if you will edit the item config.
