1.The Instruction is

9.Disassemble the address
10.scroll up and find jmp that connects arrow to mov
11.Disassemble again the address and change je to jg
12.Try to Hatch Monster and it will say No GOO or No Space
13.And try to look your housing it fills your desirable monster like DAVE without spendting your GOO.. !
14.(Notice:If you will attack,Click Memory View(In the Below)and change again jg to je and try to harvest your resources by clicking BANK ALL)
