luck improving

i got pet 99 luck tring to get it hire but luck improving fails used 36 vios no luck and tip trick suggestions to try.

i think at that lvl vios lose or almost lose their effect. you have to use supervios or you've got a 1:1,000,000 shot. hope this helps

is each vio u use really worth only +1 luck
there isnt even 100% chance ud prob b better off using the ep to buy a eud with good luck/only use the vios that u get from drop

Combined my luck 80 with a luck 104, became luck 100... took 13 vios to make that luck 100 a luck 110

all my pet luck are between 70 to 85, so when should i either do luck improvement or luck compose? i cant find high luck universals!!! does it make huge difference when composing?
