k i have set up register pages before but for some reason idk why its not working now i went throught maybe 7 guides still wont work someone thats knows what there doing help me out please or PM me thanks

Well just judging from past experience there is a good chance the problem is to do with hashing the password but like AziQ said:

if you are using my release
then you will get a register page problem ( hash is taken from my old server .. forgot to change that ip)

if you change that hash (md5.js) to the right place then it should work perfect

Exactly. We don't know what release the OP is using. Please post in the thread of the release you are using (with more details) and you will get better help.
