[help] vip effect level etc

im searching around this section about adding new effect bla3 but didnt find it..could someone give me hand for it..how adding effect like vip for example..bcoz i got this for vip level 4..someone plz help


another thing is 241 0 86400 0 this is vip lvl 4 effect as so far i know..but how i can get this 241 id in client?

check npc.ini i know alot of the effects are in that area. not 100% sure if im correct or not
