how to make a dns server ?

I just paraphrased what the portforward.com link I gave on the front page said. I would argue your points, but I don't want to go off topic. I'm not trying to teach anyone to be a it specialist, just trying to get his server up and running

sorry that i was going a bit offtopic

but to get it working you need to know how it need to work

for some persones this can help , and others will complain more and more because everything got messed up if you get what i mean

it is like the firewall problem in other topics
they dont know how to disable the firewall , start messing around with stuff they dont need to and get more and more problems instead getting the problem fixed :S

thats why i posted that other thing under it because i know that there will be a few complains about it that they cant get it to work (or cant even acces internet anymore and start flaming at us)

yeah sorry ... but umm would the static ip affect my internet connections ? and the static ip i choose my ip adress changed 2

An internal static IP is used primarily for port forwarding so your router always forwards ports to the correct computer. It does not affect your external IP address in any way.
